With a surface area of 185 m², it offers on the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace inspired by the architect Jacques COUELLE, an American kitchen with a robust black granite worktop, built-in furniture and appliances from Gaggenau, all open to the dining room, but also a bedroom with a shower room, a wine cellar at the right temperature all year round because it's dug into the natural rock, a gym and an invisible laundry room. The visit continues on the 1st floor with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a whirlpool bath, 2 shower rooms and a lovely south-facing balcony with a wonderful sea view. The villa completes its arguments with a garden shed, 2 outside parking spaces, an electric gate, an alarm system, double glazed windows in securit glass, blinds and electric shutters as well as French shutters in polyurethane and we find parquet flooring in the bedrooms, travertine in all the other rooms of the house and many storage spaces in each room.
